KISS always goes big…and that includes the band’s brand new offering, the KISS Monster Book. The limited edition (1,000 copies) book stands 3 feet high by 2.5 feet wide and 2 inches thick, making it the largest rock book ever published. It features a photo journey through the band’s 40-plus years with 127 photos by some of rock’s most renowned photographers. Each copy has been hand stitched and bound in Italy by the same binder used by The Vatican (!).
Eleven different covers with matching signature pages have been produced, and anyone buying the book can choose their cover when they place their order. Said guitarist/singer Paul Stanley, “This book is way beyond my expectations. The photos are incredible at this size. It’s not a coffee table book, it’s a coffee table!” Did we mention the price tag will set you back $4,250? Ouch. But hey, it has free delivery.
