Hey, Dee! I want Sammy Hagar’s “Remember The Heroes” to go out to all the soldiers all over the world, man or woman, because this song really touches my heart. My dad was in the Korean War when I was little, and I never got a chance to know him…plus, this song really rocks! I’ve been listening to your show since it began. You’ve never disappointed me ever. Rock on, Dee! Remember…if it ain’t metal, it’s crap! You rock, Dee. Later!

Dee,
I was raised around music from the 80s. I may be only 18, but I am a huge old school metal fan! It bothers me though that people around here are limited to what they hear from Metallica because the stations around here only play the most popular ones. They don’t pay attention to the ones that kick ass, but most people don’t know. Dee, I would appreciate it if you could bring some classic Metallica to the metalheads in the Shenandoah Valley…I think “Creeping Death” should do the trick! Thanks!

Hey Dee, what’s up? My name’s Mike. I’m 17 and this is my favorite music. I’m always studying it and its bands. I think it’s great that there’s a radio station totally dedicated to this music because all we have are the crappy stations now with rap and whatnot. Anyway, I was just wondering if you could play “Stranger Than Paradise” by Sleeze Beez for me? I think Sleez Beez were one of the most underrated bands of the genre and I was hoping you could give them some of the radio time they always deserved. Thanks, Dee, and keep on rocking’!

Twisted Sister, Metal Church, Ratt and more will be wasting your speakers, and I’ve got a fistful of requests from the loudest fans in the land: uh, that would be you! Want in on this action? Dee, let me start off by saying that nothing rocks as much as this show. You always keep things interesting, as well as playing the best music…ever.
As far as why I would like Iron Maiden’s “Be Quick Or Be Dead” to be played, this was the first metal band that I ever heard. I stumbled across their music about 10 years ago (I’m now 23) while playing the video game “Carmageddon: Carpocalypse Now.” The entire soundtrack to that game IS Iron Maiden. It was no shock to me when I loved the sound of it and ended up realizing that I was a born heavy metalist since my parents are fans of the Beatles, my eldest sister grew up in the 80’s and is a HUGE fan of Twisted Sister and Def Leppard and my brother and other sister were Metallica/Pantera fans. I would greatly appreciate the nostalgia of listening to my first real heavy metal song, as well as sharing it with any first-time listeners. Take it easy, Dee, and keep rockin’ our asses off!

It’s time to make some noise, metalheads!
I’m ready as always to fire it up and floor this heavy metal dragster straight down the Sunset Strip and back alleyways of the world and beyond. It’ll be hours of hard music and even harder partying, and Judas Priest, Metallica, Ratt and more are coming along for the ride! So dig out your old spandex, leather and denim…you’re gonna need it! I’ll see you soon, right here for this week’s House of Hair!

DEE! I’m old school and from the ’80s. I’ve listened to you since your first debut. A few Sundays ago, we had an awesome thunderstorm come through and lightning was everywhere…we were in an aluminum camper listening to the House of Hair. My buddy Joe and I were hoping you would’ve played Metallica’s “Ride The Lightning” that night. So keep rockin’ and play Metallica “Ride the Lightning” PLEASE?!
