CONTEST ENDED, WINNER CHOSEN, BUT…

Here’s an update on the HOH Rock Gone Wild contest:

1. Yes, we had picked a winner. He had been notified and we were making travel plans. The winner was going to be announced in Friday’s 8/7 Buzzcut newsletter.

2. When we heard about the possible cancellation of RGW late Wednesday night, we contacted our winner on Thursday to let him know about the status of the show.

3. As usual, our winner is FANTASTIC, and we will work with him on sending him and his guest to another great rock event. We will post the outcome, once we find a replacement prize.

Entries do not need to be lengthy, although they can be.  There are no runner ups on this Giveaway, there can be only one winner…BLOW US AWAY!!

One entry per person please.  Duplicate entries from the same email address will be thrown out.  ENTRIES MUST HAVE ALL FIELDS FILLED IN TO BE CONSIDERED.

ROCK GONE WILD ADDITIONAL CONTEST RULES

Winner and guest will have to sign the legal disclaimer forms. Major rules include:

1. Winner and guest must be 21 or over – no exceptions! Faxed copies of driver’s licenses or other official ID will be required if you are picked as the winner. Winner and guest will also need to supply social security numbers for tax purposes.

2. Winner and guest must originate on the same flight(s) from the same airport(s) on the same day and time. Winner and guest must be able to fly to the event and provide proper legal ID to the airlines.

3. Lodging is one (1) room, double occupancy. Hotel will be chosen by our Rock Gone Wild sponsor.

4. $200 will be provided for the rental of a car/transportation to and from the airport and the hotel and concert in Algona, Iowa.  Car rental is the responsibility of the winner. You must be able to rent a car and have a valid driver’s license.

5. All applicable local, state and federal laws apply.

6. Prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable and has NO cash value in the event of cancellation for any reason.

7.  Stage seating in the designated area is at the discretion of the Rock Gone Wild sponsor.  If the winner and/or guest has had too much to drink or is behaving in a manner that could affect the show, the sponsor reserves the right to seat the winner and/or guest in a different location.  In addition, backstage access may be limited at times and there is no access in the “Artist” stage right area.  Other exclusions may apply at the event at the discretion of the Rock Gone Wild sponsor.

8. This contest is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada only.
